1.Mission

 

Hardwood Giant is looking for an experienced sales professional for our retail sales team. Our superior
flooring products and our sales service support has made us one the most recognized and respected in the
Hardwood Flooring Industry. As a Sales Consultant, your primary role is to drive sales by providing
exceptional customer support to our valuable customers for their flooring projects, from inception to
completion. Your focus is to ensure our customers have the right products and excellent services, identify
new markets and customer leads, and pitch for prospective customers.

 

2.Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Educate and promote customers about Hardwood Giant Products and Services.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing
    daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
  •  Converting sales leads to complete sales transaction.
  •  Achieve individual sales targets to support overall department and organizational goals.
  •  Inform existing and potential customers about special offers.
  •  Resolves customer complaints in a timely and professional manner by investigating problems,
    developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  •  Manage and post on social media platforms to generate leads and interest in customers. Be able to use and navigate Facebook marketplace, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok and any other
    social media platform promoting sales.
  •  Develop new business relationships by following up with regular proactive contact.
  •  Devote time in understanding competitor market trend and product price variance, provide analysis report to management for any changes as recommended.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the customers by using the right
    methods/tools.
  •  Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  •  Ensuring the requirements of each project are successfully executed by the installation team.
  •  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive
    communication.
  •  Clean and Organize store. Lift heavy boxes to ensure proper organization of the store.
  •  Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
    weekly work plans, and monthly and annual analyses.
  •  Complete all other duties as assigned by the Sales Store Manager.
  •  Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  •  Communicating with customers through various channels phone, email, chat and social media.
  •  Maintain customer relationship and prospect for future clients in means of follow ups.
  •  Overall have the drive to grow within the sales field through excellent customer service and have
    the passion to learn and earn.

 

3.Knowledge Skills & Abilities

 

  • One to two years experience working in a sales-driven environment (required).
  • Previous sales experience within the flooring industry (preferred).
  •  A willingness to grow as a flooring sales consultant with a fast-expanding company.
  •  The ability to genuinely listen to customers and personalizing the response to their needs.
  •  Good negotiations and sales skills that will help close the sale.
  •  The curiosity to understand how things work with the intention of improving service.
  •  Flexibility to adapt to different people and environment.
  •  A knack for problem-solving with keen attention to detail.
  •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing and documentation skills
  •  Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  •  Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office
  •  Working knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent.(Preferred)
  •  Required to work a schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs.
  •  Open availability to work on the weekends.

Full- Time, Digital Marketing Specialist- Brampton Location

1.Mission

 

This profile is for someone who is creatively driven, passionate, and curious about the Flooring/Marketing industry. It is an entry-level position on the Client Service team, working closely with internal teams on project- level work as both, a web designer and digital marketing person. You will design web page, manage social media campaigns, content calendars, maintain the company's content (marketing coordinator), among many other tasks, and measure the effectiveness of various digital marketing campaigns.

 

2.Roles and Responsibilities

 

Digital Marketing

 

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  •  Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.
  •  Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
  •  Optimizing the speeding of the websites on mobile friendly platforms and enhance the domain authority.
  •  Develop digital marketing concepts by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  •  Develop promotion and advertising strategies with the marketing manager and document plans, while rolling them out in a timely manner
  •  Participate in the preparation of online promotional strategies by communicating and coordinating with management and owners.

3.Knowledge Skills & Abilities

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field is a must.
  •  Certification as a graphic / web designer
  •  Knowledge of search engines and what makes a search engine friendly website, specifically SEO &  SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  •  Proficiency in Adobe photoshop & illustrator applications
  •  Knowledge of and experience with technologies used in website front ends, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  •  Web design experience, from business corporate to artist style websites- WordPress & WIX
  •  1–2-year(s) web-designing experience with advanced skills
  •  Proven working experience in digital marketing and a graphic/web designer, particularly within a retail industry.
  •  Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and creating creative designs while devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  •  Excellent knowledge of web design principles.
