Out of all the flooring stores in the Brampton area, I highly suggest this outlet. I had done my research and gone to three other flooring stores nearby prior to heading to Hardwood Giant. They had by far the highest quality of laminate and very attentive customer service. Babar was very helpful throughout the entire purchase - and even stayed behind to load several boxes of laminate into my car when we arrived after warehouse hours. Well done, Babar - thanks for all your help.

We recently had our floors and baseboard replaced by Hard Wood Giant in Brampton.We entered the showroom an was greeted by Gagan. who was very informative and easy to deal with. He gave us a fair quote and guided us with his expertise. The installers were very professional and completed the work on schedule.After the job was done I noticed the baseboard was shorted slightly in one area.I called Gagan and he promptly called the installer who came back and fixed the problem.So very happy with the service and product!

Ian ColeImran at the Brampton store is great. I recommend him highly. He helped me though the order and offered a great price after I selected a vinyl floor. I realized two weeks later ( with two weeks before installation time ) what I selected was wrong for my application and I returned to the store to change my order to a completely different laminate floor. Imran handled the change seamlessly and adjusted everything accordingly. Great service. I look forward to the install.

We had an amazing experience with Hardwood giant, we had to have our whole floor changed, we approached hardwood giant advisor JD singh who helped us out tremendously. We were moving in to a new house and could not move upstairs without the floor being changed, he understood our issue was very considerate and sent over the installers within 3 days. The installers were amazing also did an amazing job in doing the work. The pricing was extremely competitive as we were on a budget so great service over all.

Wow super impressed with JD and his product and his installers. They did a fantastic job and the floor in my sister's place looks amazing. I highly recommend this business. I happened to visit Hardwood giant on my way to another Hardwood dealer here in Brampton, let me tell you JD Singh has been one of the best customer service agents that I came across among all the flooring depots here in Brampton. I was really impressed with his Knowledge of the various products and respectful of our needs and wants, he gave us a patient hearing and showed us the best product suited to our needs, I made sure I went and checked all competitors and believe me after shopping around found JD's price the most competitive. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alishan, who was a great help in choosing the right flooring for our house. The installation team was very professional and did an excellent job. I dealt with JD Singh when shopping at the Brampton location. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had to replace our flooring in our basement abruptly and the guys at Hardwood Giant were more then happy to help us in our process. We were able to get amazing deal and we were extremely satisfied how professionally they aid our situation. The customer service that was provided was more then we could ask for, specially Karan. When we made our purchase we bought more hardwood then we needed, but Karan accepted the remaining flooring with no question asked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I went into this store located at Torbram Road to buy Hardwood Floor. Being a layman I want to buy the Hardwood Flooring and and also get this installed at my home. I was surprised to see the variety of Flooring over there. I was attended by Mr. Karan and Mr. Imran . They explained me pros and cons of Hardwood. Helped me in getting the right Hardwood. After selection of Hardwood within two weeks they sent a very good installer named Mr. Trevor. He installed flooring in very excellent manner with his team. So that was my experience with HG. I would certainly recommend this outlet and would like to again!!!!!.
